Portrait of Nora Skjerdingstad

My research focuses on understanding how social anxiety develops and is maintained in young people, particularly in the context of digital environments and social media. I apply a range of methodological approaches, including Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA), experimental designs, and secondary data analysis. I am also interested in how young people respond to internet-delivered treatments, with a focus on individual differences and the potential to tailor interventions to improve their effectiveness.
